Accounts

Wholesale accounts are for qualified retailers. Wild Journey reserves the right to approve wholesale accounts at its sole discretion. Accounts may be terminated without notice at anytime at Wild Journey's sole discretion. 

Selling Online

Products may only be sold on your website and may not be sold on any third-party sites or marketplaces (including but not limited to Amazon, ebay, Etsy, etc).

Payment

All orders must be paid in full prior to production. A delay in payment can result in stock shortages and production delays. Inventory is not reserved until payment is received. Purchase Orders (POs) are not accepted.

Minimums

There is a minimum quantity of 4 per product design (may mix colors and scents) unless noted on the wholesale product page. Minimums apply to each product.

Production Time

Our standard production time is 3-5 business days from receipt of full payment and proof approval (for custom orders). The estimated shipping date is listed on each product page. Orders over 200 items may have a longer production time. Due to high demand, production times will vary from September to December.

Shipping

Wholesale orders do not qualify for free shipping. Please provide a physical shipping address. All items in the order will ship at the same time, the product with the longest shipping estimate will be used for the order. All orders are shipped Free On Board (FOB) shipping point, meaning title to the products and risk of loss passes to the customer upon tender to the shipping carrier. If you are unavailable to receive the delivery, you are responsible for contacting the carrier to make alternative delivery arrangements. All goods are shipped at the buyer's risk and all claims must be made with the freight carrier, normally within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. We do not track shipments or ensure on-time delivery. Recourse rests exclusively with the transportation carrier. Wild Journey is not responsible for any delays by the shipping carrier. No adjustments will be given for any delayed or damaged shipments or for any other reason beyond our control.

Drop Shipping

Drop shipping to multiple locations is available for an additional charge. 

Rush Service

Orders that require an in-hands date faster than our normal production and free shipping can either pay for expeditied shipping during order placement and/or pay a rush charge of $6 per item for a production time of 1-2 business days (starting with the first business day following receipt of full payment and proof approval).  

Cancellations

Once an order has started the production process, it cannot be canceled. 

Samples

We do not provide complementary samples. Samples can be purchased on wildjourney.com at retail prices.

Claims

All claims for error or shortages in shipments must be made within 5 days of receipt of the shipment. Otherwise, the shipment is assumed to be received as complete. 

Indemnity

When orders are produced to customer's specifications, the customer shall hold Wild Journey harmless from any liability for trademark, patent, or copyright infringements., proprietary rights violations, invasion of privacy or other personal or intellectual property rights infringements or violations. All materials submitted by the customer for use by Wild Journey to product items ordered are considered by Wild Journey to be in full compliance with all applicable laws in regards to trademark, service mark, copyright, patent, or similar protection, and the customer has all the legal rights and authorizations to grant Wild Journey a limited license for the express purpose of reproducing such materials on products. It is the customer's responsibility to provide appropriate legal lins to Wild Journey inclusion in artwork.

Glassware & Ceramics

Due to the nature of ceramics and the properties of glassware produced by manufacturers, there may be slight imperfections and irregularities which should not be perceived as defective. Variations in materials, firing temperatures and color pigments may result in variations in glaze and imprint colors. Ounces, sizes, and measurements are approximate and may vary from batch to batch, and within each batch. These variations are within industry standard and therefore must be considered acceptable.

Unless stated otherwise, this site and the materials and products on this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
