Refund policy

You have 30 days from delivery date to return or exchange items except customized products. Returns must but unused, in new condition. Products that have been customized (example: custom text or design) cannot be returned unless defective. Original order shipping is not refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the order refund. Return shipping for exchanges is complementary.

Wholesale orders cannot be returned unless defective.
